Demolition of a large civic building in a dense urban setting required a robust dust management plan developed in close consultation with the local authority. Working to the Mayor of London’s SPG on the Control of Dust and Emissions during Construction and Demolition, we agreed trigger levels and monitoring protocols with the Borough’s environmental health team before works commenced.
